Shipping Policy
Normal waiting for decals time is between 4 and 7 days. We complete orders in the same order they come in so it’s first in, first out and then it’s up to the post office to deliver it to your mailbox. Our processing time is 1-2 Business Days and shipping, depending on your location, is between 4 and 10 Business Days. Rush orders are welcomed.
Returns
Decals will be replaced only if a mistake is made by Decal Connect or if the decal is damaged during the shipping. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the item corresponds to his need and to review the order before making the payment. Returns or Refunds will not be accepted. If you are not absolutely certain about your order do not hesitate to contact us. Full Reimbursements are not available if orders have been printed, worked on, designed or used. Design work in which customer gives Decal Connect the right to custom freehand with out any references provided by customer. May result in a outcome not desired. If not content with the work please contact us for store credit or your order to be remade at no extra cost.
